Possible Causes
Damaged LED strip in floor head, Broken wiring in floor head neck, Loose connector between wand and floor head, Shorted LED driver on floor head PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.
- Check connector: Inspect the electrical connector between the wand and floor head for bent pins or loose fit. Clean and reseat firmly.
- Inspect cable in neck: Gently flex the neck of the floor head while watching the LEDs (with battery reinstalled briefly). If lights flicker when moved, the internal cable is likely broken.
- Open floor head (if possible): Remove screws to access the LED strip and wiring. Look for broken solder joints or burnt components.
- Replace floor head or LED module: If the LED strip is burnt or the internal wiring is damaged, replace the complete floor head assembly or LED module as supplied by Logik.
