Possible Causes
Battery not charged, Battery near end of life, Charger not supplying correct voltage, High load due to blockages causing voltage sag
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove the battery before inspecting for blockages.
- Fully charge battery: Place the battery on the original Logik charger until the charger indicates full charge (often solid LED). This may take several hours.
- Check charger output: Ensure the charger LED behaves normally. If it never indicates full or blinks abnormally, replace the charger.
- Reduce load: Clean filters and clear all blockages in the wand, hose, and floor head to reduce current draw and prevent voltage sag.
- Replace battery: If 'Lo' appears quickly even after a full charge and with clear airflow, the battery capacity is likely degraded. Replace the battery pack.
