Vacuum vibrates excessively, especially when using the motorized floor head.

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.

• Clean brushroll thoroughly: Remove all hair and fibers from the brushroll, including around the end caps.
• Check for straightness: Roll the brushroll on a flat surface. If it wobbles, it may be bent and should be replaced.
• Inspect bristles: Look for missing or heavily worn bristles on one side, which can cause imbalance.
• Replace brushroll: If vibration persists after cleaning, install a new Logik brushroll compatible with your floor head.
