Possible Causes
Damaged LED strip in floor nozzle, Loose wiring inside brush head, Poor electrical contact between wand and nozzle, Overcurrent protection tripped for accessory circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor nozzle before opening it.
- Check wand contacts: Clean the metal contacts at the end of the wand and on the nozzle with a dry cloth.
- Inspect LED wiring: Open the nozzle housing and trace the wires from the motor connector to the LED strip. Look for broken or pinched wires.
- Test brush function: Reassemble and test. If the brush spins normally but LEDs remain off, the LED strip itself may be burnt out.
- Replace LED strip/nozzle: Replace the LED strip if it is a separate part, or replace the entire floor nozzle assembly if the LEDs are integrated.
