Cordless vacuum shows E14 and the brush head LEDs flicker or do not light while the brush still spins

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor nozzle before opening it.

• Check wand contacts: Clean the metal contacts at the end of the wand and on the nozzle with a dry cloth.
• Inspect LED wiring: Open the nozzle housing and trace the wires from the motor connector to the LED strip. Look for broken or pinched wires.
• Test brush function: Reassemble and test. If the brush spins normally but LEDs remain off, the LED strip itself may be burnt out.
• Replace LED strip/nozzle: Replace the LED strip if it is a separate part, or replace the entire floor nozzle assembly if the LEDs are integrated.
