Vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal

Safety first: Remove the battery before deep cleaning or inspecting seals.

• Check for blockages: Detach all accessories, the wand, and the dust bin. Look through each piece and remove any obstructions.
• Clean cyclone: Tap the cyclone assembly gently over a bin to dislodge fine dust. Use a soft brush to clean the cyclone inlets.
• Inspect seals: Examine the rubber gasket where the dust bin meets the main body. Replace if cracked, flattened, or missing.
• Check for cracks: Inspect the dust container and wand for cracks that could cause air leaks. Replace damaged parts.
