Possible Causes
Broken wire inside wand, Loose connector between wand and main body, Damaged flex cable in pivot joint, Cracked solder joint on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before flexing or opening the wand and handle.
- Reproduce fault: With the vacuum running (battery installed), gently move the wand and handle to identify positions that cause cut-out. Then remove the battery.
- Inspect connectors: Check all plug connections between the main body, wand, and nozzle. Reseat them firmly.
- Open wand (if serviceable): Look for broken or frayed wires, especially near pivot points. Replace the wiring harness if damaged.
- PCB inspection: If movement near the handle causes cut-out, inspect the PCB for cracked solder joints at the battery or motor connectors and repair or replace the board.
