Possible Causes
Loose electrical contacts between wand and floorhead, Broken wire in wand, Over-sensitive overload protection due to partial jam, Failing brush motor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting connections.
- 1. Clean and reseat connections: Detach the Electrobrush and wand, clean the contacts, and reattach firmly.
- 2. Check for cable flex issues: While running the vacuum (battery inserted, keep hands away from moving parts), gently move the wand and connection points. If the brush stops/starts with movement, the wand cable is likely damaged and should be replaced.
- 3. Clear minor jams: Remove the brush roller and clean off any hair or debris that could cause overload trips.
- 4. Replace faulty component: If intermittent operation continues, replace the Electrobrush or wand assembly as indicated by your tests.
