Suction is weak even though the motor sounds normal

Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting internal parts.

• 1. Empty and clean dust container: Remove the bin, empty it, and clean the cyclone assembly.
• 2. Clean filters: Service pre-motor and exhaust filters as per the user manual.
• 3. Check for blockages: Inspect the floorhead, wand, and handle airway for obstructions and remove them.
• 4. Inspect seals: Ensure the dust container is seated correctly and that rubber seals are intact and clean. Replace damaged seals if available as spare parts.
• 5. Check for cracks: Look for visible cracks in the wand or main body that could cause air leaks. Replace cracked components.
