Possible Causes
Loose brush roller end cap, Broken internal plastic guides, Foreign objects inside floorhead, Worn wheel axles
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch OFF the vacuum, remove the battery, and detach the floorhead.
- 1. Remove brush roller: Take out the roller and inspect for loose parts or broken plastic.
- 2. Shake floorhead gently: Listen for loose pieces inside. If you hear rattling, a part may have broken off internally.
- 3. Inspect wheels: Check that front and side wheels spin freely and are not cracked.
- 4. Remove foreign objects: Clear any small items (stones, screws) lodged inside.
- 5. Replace floorhead if damaged: If internal parts are broken or rattling persists, replace the Electrobrush or floorhead assembly.
