Vacuum smells musty or dusty when running

Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals inside the vacuum.

• 1. Empty and wash dust container: If your model allows, wash the bin with mild soap and water, then dry completely.
• 2. Clean cyclone assembly: Brush off dust from the cyclone cones. If washable, rinse and dry thoroughly.
• 3. Service filters: Clean or replace pre-motor and exhaust filters according to the manual.
• 4. Avoid vacuuming damp material: Moist debris can cause odors and mold growth.
