Restricted Airflow or Air Leak
Vacuum runs but suction is very weak even with a fully charged battery.

Possible Causes
Clogged main filter cartridge, Dust canister not sealed properly, Cracked or loose flexible hose, Damaged rubber seals on canister or lid
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before disassembling the canister or hose.
- 1. Inspect and clean filter: Remove the pleated or HEPA filter. Tap it gently outdoors to remove dust. If the filter media is caked or torn, replace it with a Milwaukee-compatible filter.
- 2. Check canister seal: Ensure the dust canister is seated correctly and the latch is fully engaged. Inspect the rubber gasket around the lid for cracks or deformation.
- 3. Examine hose and wand: Look for splits, holes, or crushed sections. Flex the hose while running (with battery installed briefly) to see if suction changes, indicating a leak.
- 4. Inspect joints: Check all connection points (hose-to-canister, wand-to-hose, nozzle-to-wand) for looseness. Replace worn O-rings or seals.
- 5. Replace damaged parts: If the hose or seals are visibly damaged, replace them to restore full suction.
