Cordless vacuum leaves lines of debris and does not pick up well from carpets

Safety first: Remove the battery and disconnect the floorhead.

• Check brush rotation: Remove the brush bar and inspect the bristles. If they are worn down or uneven, replace the brush bar.
• Clean suction channel: Inspect the opening behind the brush bar for blockages and remove any debris.
• Verify floor mode: If your model has a hard floor/carpet switch, ensure it is set correctly for the surface you are cleaning.
• Test on different surfaces: Try the vacuum on a hard floor. If pickup is still poor, overall suction may be low and filters or seals should be checked.
