Cordless vacuum makes a loud rattling or grinding noise during operation

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery immediately to prevent further damage.

• Inspect floorhead: Remove the motorised floorhead and check the brush bar area for coins, stones, or other hard objects. Remove any found items.
• Check wand: Shake the wand gently and listen for rattling. If you hear something inside, remove the wand and tap it gently over a bin to dislodge debris.
• Inspect cyclone and bin: Empty the bin and look for broken plastic pieces or foreign objects inside the cyclone.
• Replace damaged parts: If you find broken fins or internal parts in the floorhead or bin, replace the affected assembly to avoid further damage.
