Cordless vacuum vibrates strongly in the hand during use

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floorhead.

• Check brush bar balance: Remove the brush bar and clean it thoroughly. Inspect for warping or missing sections of bristles.
• Test without floorhead: Run the handheld unit alone. If vibration disappears, the issue is in the floorhead or brush bar.
• Replace brush bar or floorhead: If the brush bar is bent or damaged, replace it. If vibration persists with a new bar, replace the floorhead assembly.
• Motor vibration: If vibration is present even without the floorhead, the main motor fan or bearings are likely damaged and the motor assembly should be replaced.
