Possible Causes
Partially blocked cyclone or bin, Severely clogged post-motor HEPA filter, Failing main motor drawing excessive current at high speed, Faulty current sense resistor on control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning filters or internal components.
- Thorough cleaning: Empty the bin, clean the cyclone shroud, and ensure no debris is stuck around the bin inlet.
- Clean or replace post-motor filter: Remove the HEPA or post-motor filter at the rear of the unit. If washable, rinse gently and allow to dry fully for 24 hours. If non-washable and heavily clogged, replace it.
- Test on normal mode: Run the vacuum on normal mode for a few minutes. If it runs fine but turbo fails, the issue is likely load-related or with the turbo control circuit.
- Short turbo bursts: Try short bursts of turbo after cleaning. If it still cuts out instantly, the main motor or control PCB may be unable to handle the higher current and should be inspected by a technician.
