How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the trigger area.
- Check trigger movement: Squeeze the trigger and feel for a distinct click. If it feels loose, jammed, or does not click, the mechanical trigger or microswitch may be broken.
- Inspect for debris: Look around the trigger for dirt or foreign objects that may be preventing full travel. Gently remove any debris.
- Try different modes: On models with separate power buttons, try toggling between modes to see if any response occurs.
- Internal repair: Accessing and replacing the trigger switch or UI PCB requires opening the handheld body, which can damage seals and void warranty. If E15 persists, arrange professional service or replace the main handheld body.
