Error 0007
Neato
Airflow Restriction or Seal Leak
Suction is very weak even though the motor sounds normal

Possible Causes
Clogged primary filter, Cracked dust bin or cyclone seals, Blocked wand or hose, Damaged rubber gasket at bin-to-body connection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Power off and disconnect from charger before disassembly.
- Step 1 – Inspect dust bin: Remove the bin and check for cracks or gaps. Ensure the bin lid closes fully and the rubber seals are intact and not warped.
- Step 2 – Clean or replace filters: Remove all filters and clean according to Neato's instructions. If filters are heavily soiled, torn, or older than the recommended replacement interval, install new genuine Neato filters.
- Step 3 – Check for blockages: Detach the wand, hose, and tools. Look through each for obstructions. Pay special attention to narrow bends and joints where debris can lodge.
- Step 4 – Inspect gaskets and seals: Examine the rubber gasket where the bin connects to the main body and where the cyclone meets the motor inlet. If the gasket is flattened, cracked, or missing, replace it or the associated assembly.
- Step 5 – Test without accessories: Run the vacuum with only the main body (no wand or tools). If suction is strong at the main inlet but weak at the floor head, the restriction or leak is in the wand, hose, or head.
