LEDs indicate a tilt or orientation error; vacuum shuts off when angled or used on stairs

Safety: Disconnect from charger before opening the housing.

• Step 1 – Confirm behavior: Note if the vacuum shuts off only at extreme angles or even when held level. Normal safety tilt shutoff should only occur at steep angles.
• Step 2 – Reset: Perform a full power cycle and, if available, a factory reset to clear any sensor calibration issues.
• Step 3 – Locate sensor: Open the housing and find the tilt/orientation sensor (often a small board-mounted device labeled with orientation markings). Ensure it is firmly attached and not loose.
• Step 4 – Check connections: Verify the sensor's connector is fully seated on the PCB and that no wires are pinched or broken.
• Step 5 – Replace sensor/PCB: If the vacuum still reports tilt errors when used normally, the sensor is likely defective. Replace the sensor module if separate, or the main PCB if integrated.
