Possible Causes
Hair wrapped around mini brush, Seized accessory bearings, Shorted accessory motor, Damaged accessory cable
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off the vacuum and disconnect the accessory before servicing.
- Step 1 – Remove accessory: Detach the mini motorized tool from the wand or main body.
- Step 2 – Clear brush: Open the accessory (remove cover) and take out the brushroll. Cut away hair and debris from the brush and end caps.
- Step 3 – Check rotation: Spin the brushroll by hand. If stiff, clean or replace the brushroll.
- Step 4 – Inspect wiring: Check the accessory's connector and cable for damage. If the motor does not run when the vacuum is on and the connector is good, the accessory motor or internal PCB is likely faulty and the entire tool should be replaced.
