Safety: If the housing is too hot to touch comfortably, turn off the vacuum and allow it to cool completely before further use.

• Step 1 – Check vents: Inspect all cooling vents on the body for dust buildup. Clean with a soft brush and compressed air.
• Step 2 – Remove clogs: Ensure all airways, filters, and the brush head are clear to reduce motor load.
• Step 3 – Shorter duty cycles: Use the vacuum in shorter intervals with breaks to prevent overheating, especially on high power modes.
• Step 4 – Inspect motor: If overheating persists with clean filters and vents, the motor may be failing internally and should be replaced.
