Brushroll or Floor Head Performance Degradation
Vacuum leaves lines of debris on carpet or hard floor instead of picking everything up

Possible Causes
Worn brush bristles, Clogged suction channel in floor head, Incorrect floor height setting, Air leak at floor head gasket
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Power off and disconnect from charger.
- Step 1 – Clean brushroll: Remove the floor head and brushroll. Clear all hair and fibers from the bristles and end caps.
- Step 2 – Inspect bristles: Check if bristles are worn down, uneven, or missing. If they no longer contact the floor effectively, replace the brushroll.
- Step 3 – Clear suction channel: Look inside the head's suction path for blockages. Remove any packed dust or debris.
- Step 4 – Check seals: Inspect the rubber strip or gasket along the front and rear of the head. Replace the head if the gasket is torn or missing, as this reduces pickup efficiency.
- Step 5 – Adjust technique: Move the vacuum more slowly over debris-heavy areas and overlap passes to improve pickup.
