Vacuum runs but blows dust or fine particles out of exhaust

Safety: Power off and disconnect from charger. Wear a dust mask if you are sensitive to dust.

• Step 1 – Inspect filters: Remove all filters and check for tears, holes, or collapsed media. Replace any damaged filters.
• Step 2 – Check filter seating: Ensure filters are installed in the correct orientation and fully seated in their frames.
• Step 3 – Inspect filter housing: Look for cracks in the plastic around the filter area and ensure the filter door closes tightly. Replace the housing or bin if cracked.
• Step 4 – Use genuine filters: Non-genuine filters may not seal properly. Switch to genuine Neato filters if you notice bypass dust.
