Vacuum will not accept or hold certain attachments; tools fall off during use

Safety: Power off and disconnect from charger.

• Step 1 – Inspect locking tabs: Examine the plastic tabs on the attachments and the matching grooves on the wand or body. Replace any tools with broken tabs.
• Step 2 – Clean grooves: Remove dust and debris from the locking grooves with a small brush.
• Step 3 – Check wand end: If the detent or spring-loaded button on the wand is stuck or worn, replace the wand assembly.
• Step 4 – Avoid forcing: Do not force incompatible tools; use only Neato-compatible attachments.
