Battery pack is difficult to insert or remove from the vacuum

Safety: Do not force a battery that appears swollen or damaged.

• Inspect rails and latch: Look for burrs, cracks, or bent plastic on the battery and vacuum rails.
• Clean slot: Use a dry brush or compressed air to remove dust from the battery compartment.
• Check battery shape: If the battery casing looks bulged or warped, discontinue use and replace it immediately.
• Lubrication caution: Do not use oils or sprays on electrical contacts. If plastic is worn, replace the battery or housing.
