Possible Causes
Clogged pre-motor filter, Blocked cyclone assembly, Dust bin overfilled, Blocked wand or nozzle inlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery pack before cleaning filters or opening the bin.
- Empty the dust bin: Detach the bin and empty it completely. Tap gently to dislodge compacted dust from the cyclone shroud.
- Clean the pre-motor filter: Remove the foam/fabric pre-filter. Tap off dust outdoors. If washable, rinse under lukewarm water until clear. Squeeze out excess water and allow to dry completely (at least 24 hours) before reinstalling.
- Inspect the cyclone: Check the cyclone cone and mesh for fine dust buildup. Use a soft brush to clean.
- Check the wand and nozzle: Look through the wand for obstructions. Inspect the nozzle neck and air channels for blockages.
- Reset and test: Reassemble with a fully dry filter, reinstall the battery, and test. If the error persists with clean filters and no blockages, the airflow sensor on the main PCB may be faulty and requires service.
