Possible Causes
Blocked cyclone shroud, Collapsed internal filter, Faulty airflow/pressure sensor on main PCB, Cracked or leaking cyclone housing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery and dust bin before inspection.
- Inspect cyclone shroud: Remove the bin and look at the metal or plastic mesh around the cyclone. Brush off fine dust and lint.
- Check filter seating: Ensure the pre-motor filter is correctly seated and not folded or collapsed.
- Look for cracks: Examine the cyclone housing and bin seals for cracks or gaps that could affect airflow measurement.
- Reassemble and test: With clean filters and a properly seated bin, reinstall the battery and test suction.
- If error persists with clear airflow: The airflow sensor or its wiring on the main PCB may be defective. This requires PCB or sensor replacement by a service center.
