Possible Causes
Overcurrent detected in nozzle motor, Faulty brushroll sensor (Hall sensor), Broken drive belt (on belt-driven models), Loose connector between main body and nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery and detach the nozzle.
- Check connection: Inspect the electrical contacts between the main body and nozzle. Clean with a dry cloth and ensure a firm connection when reattached.
- Inspect brushroll and belt: Remove the brushroll cover. On belt-driven models, check if the belt is broken or slipped. Replace if damaged.
- Clear jams: Remove hair and debris from the brushroll and end caps.
- Test again: Reassemble and test. If the brush icon with X still appears and the brush does not spin, the nozzle motor or Hall sensor is likely faulty and the nozzle assembly may need replacement.
