LED display shows a thermometer over a battery; charging stops prematurely

Safety: Place the charger and battery on a hard, non-flammable surface away from heat sources.

• Normalize temperature: If the battery was just used heavily, let it cool for 30–60 minutes before charging. If stored in a cold area, allow it to warm to room temperature.
• Ensure ventilation: Do not cover the charger or battery while charging. Keep away from direct sunlight or radiators.
• Retry charging: Once at room temperature, reconnect the charger and monitor the LED status.
• If temperature error persists: The internal temperature sensor or BMS may be faulty. Replace the battery pack.
