Possible Causes

Clogged filters, Air leak at hose or seals, Blocked hose or wand, Dust bin not sealing correctly

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery and empty the dust bin.

  • Inspect for blockages: Detach hose, wand, and tools. Look through each for obstructions and clear them.
  • Clean filters: Remove pre-motor and exhaust filters. Tap out dust and wash if allowed. Let them dry completely before refitting.
  • Check seals: Inspect the rubber seals around the bin, hose inlet, and filter housing. Replace any that are cracked or flattened.
  • Test without accessories: Run the vacuum body alone to compare suction. If strong at the body but weak at the floor head, the issue is in the hose, wand, or head.
