Cordless vacuum runs for only a few minutes on a full charge

Safety first: Use only genuine Numatic batteries.

• Confirm mode: Check if the vacuum is set to maximum power; runtimes are much shorter on high. Test on normal/eco mode.
• Fully charge: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full. Then run the vacuum continuously and time the runtime.
• Compare with spec: Compare your measured runtime with the approximate runtimes in the manual. If significantly lower, the battery is likely worn.

Replace the battery pack if runtime is well below specification.
