Possible Causes
Blocked pressure port to sensor, Damaged or missing filter seal, Faulty pressure sensor on PCB, Incorrect filter type fitted
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before handling filters.
- Verify correct filters: Ensure you are using genuine Numatic filters specified for your cordless model. Incorrect filters can alter airflow and trigger warnings.
- Inspect filter seals: Check the rubber or foam seals around the filter housing. Replace if torn, flattened, or missing.
- Clean sensor port: Look for a small hole or channel near the filter area that leads to the pressure sensor. Gently clear dust with a soft brush; do not insert sharp objects.
- Refit filters carefully: Make sure filters are seated flat and fully engaged in their housings.
If the filter warning remains on with clean, correctly fitted filters, the pressure sensor or control PCB may be faulty and should be checked by a technician.
