How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and empty the dust bin.
- Check hose and wand: Detach and look through each section. Use a broom handle or flexible rod to gently push out any clogs. Do not use sharp metal objects that could puncture the hose.
- Inspect floor head: Turn the head over and check the suction channel for blockages. Remove debris by hand.
- Clean cyclone and filters: Remove the cyclone assembly and filters. Tap out dust and wash if the manual allows. Let filters dry completely before refitting.
After reassembly, test suction. If the airflow icon still appears with clear air paths and clean filters, the airflow sensor or seals may need professional inspection.
