Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting the machine. Do not operate a vacuum that has suffered heavy impact until checked.
- External inspection: Check the housing for cracks, gaps, or misalignment, especially around the handle and battery bay. If the body is distorted, internal components may be stressed.
- Check for rattling: Gently shake the vacuum body (without battery). If you hear loose parts inside, internal components may have broken free.
- Reseat connectors (advanced users): If you are comfortable opening the housing and it does not void warranty, carefully open the body and check that all connectors to the control PCB are firmly seated. Do not pull on wires; use the connector bodies.
If the fault icon persists and the vacuum will not run, the impact/tilt sensor or control PCB likely needs replacement. This is typically a professional repair.
