Dust Level / Airflow Sensor Fault
Vacuum stops and error indicator appears when dust bin is nearly full, even though it is not at the max line

Possible Causes
Blocked cyclone shroud, Dust sensor window contaminated, Misfitted dust bin, Faulty airflow sensor on main body
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and empty the dust bin before cleaning.
- Empty and clean bin: Remove the bin and empty all contents. Wipe the inside with a dry cloth. Do not use water unless the manual explicitly allows it.
- Clean cyclone shroud: Brush or tap the cyclone mesh/shroud to remove fine dust that can restrict airflow.
- Check bin fitment: Refit the bin carefully, ensuring it clicks fully into place. A misaligned bin can affect airflow sensing.
- Inspect sensor area: If your model has a visible dust/airflow sensor window, gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
If the vacuum still reports a full-bin or airflow error with a clean, correctly fitted bin, the airflow sensor or control PCB may require professional diagnosis.
