Possible Causes

Blocked pressure sensor port, Dust sensor window heavily contaminated, Faulty pressure sensor on PCB, Damaged sensor wiring

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before cleaning internal areas.

  • 1. Clean dust cup and cyclone: Remove the dust container and thoroughly clean the cyclone shroud and internal surfaces. Fine dust can clog sensor ports.
  • 2. Locate sensor port (if accessible): Some Panasonic cordless vacuums have a small hole or channel near the cyclone that leads to a pressure sensor. Gently blow through the port with dry air (manual air blower, not high‑pressure compressed air) to clear dust.
  • 3. Clean dust sensor window: If your model has an optical dust sensor (often near the air path), wipe the clear plastic window with a soft, dry cloth.
  • 4. Reassemble and test: Refit the dust cup and battery, then test. If E11 clears and suction stabilizes, the sensor was obstructed.
  • 5. Persistent E11: A failed pressure or dust sensor on the PCB will require board‑level replacement by a technician.
