LED lights on the floor nozzle do not turn on, but the brush still spins

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the nozzle before inspection.

• 1. Check nozzle connection: Ensure the nozzle is fully seated on the wand and that electrical contacts are clean.
• 2. Inspect for visible damage: Look at the LED lens area for cracks or moisture ingress.
• 3. Limited user repair: The LED strip and driver are typically integrated into the nozzle PCB and not user‑serviceable.
• 4. Replace nozzle if lighting is required: If the brush operates normally but LEDs remain off, replace the motorized nozzle assembly if floor lighting is important for your use.
