Possible Causes
Clogged cyclone assembly, Blocked wand or nozzle, Dirty pre‑motor and HEPA filters, Air leaks at bin or gasket
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning internal parts.
- Step 1 – Empty and clean dust bin: Remove the bin and empty it completely. Tap gently to dislodge compacted dust.
- Step 2 – Clean cyclone: Detach the cyclone and brush away dust from the cones and mesh. Do not soak unless the manual allows.
- Step 3 – Wash filters: Remove the pre‑motor and, if washable, HEPA filter. Rinse under lukewarm water and allow to dry for 24 hours.
- Step 4 – Check for blockages: Inspect the wand, flexible hose (if included), and nozzle for clogs. Remove any obstructions.
- Step 5 – Inspect seals: Check gaskets around the bin and cyclone for damage. Replace the bin or seals if air leaks are suspected.
