Possible Causes
Shorted motor windings, Pinched wiring harness inside main body, Shorted brush motor in floor nozzle, Damaged accessory with internal short
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery immediately. Do not continue to reset and run the vacuum if a short is suspected.
- Isolate accessories: Remove all attachments (wand, floor nozzle, tools). Install the battery and try running the vacuum with only the main body. If E11 disappears, the short is in one of the accessories.
- Test each accessory: Attach the wand only and test, then the nozzle only, etc., to identify which component triggers E11.
- Inspect wiring: For the faulty component, look for crushed plastic, exposed wires, or burn marks. Do not use the accessory if any damage is visible; replace it.
- Main body inspection: If E11 occurs with no accessories attached, the main motor or internal wiring harness may be shorted. This requires disassembly and testing with a multimeter by a qualified technician.
