Possible Causes
Damaged tilt/impact sensor on PCB, Cracked PCB, Loose sensor connector, Misaligned housing causing sensor error
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before disassembly.
- Visual inspection: Check the housing for cracks or deformation from the drop. If the body is significantly damaged, internal components may also be compromised.
- Open housing: Carefully open the main body and inspect the control PCB for cracks, broken components, or a dislodged tilt/impact sensor (often a small rectangular component).
- Reseat connectors: Ensure any small connectors near the sensor are fully seated.
- Service replacement: If physical damage is visible or E20 persists, the control PCB should be replaced. Because impact may also affect the motor and battery, a full safety inspection by a technician is recommended.
