Possible Causes
Burned-out LED strip, Broken LED wiring, Faulty LED driver on nozzle PCB, Damaged connector between wand and nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before inspecting electrical parts.
- Check connections: Inspect the connector between the wand and nozzle for bent pins or damage.
- Inspect LED strip: Open the nozzle (if serviceable) and check the LED strip and wiring for visible damage.
- Replace nozzle or LED module: If the LEDs are not serviceable separately, replace the entire motorized floor nozzle. If a separate LED module is available, replace that module.
