Possible Causes

Debris stuck in brush roll, Bent brush roll shaft, Loose nozzle cover or screws, Damaged motor fan causing imbalance

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Remove the battery before checking moving parts.

  • Inspect brush roll: Remove and clean the brush roll. Check for warping or bent shafts. Replace if not straight.
  • Check nozzle assembly: Tighten any loose screws and ensure the brush cover is fully latched.
  • Isolate main body: Run the vacuum without the nozzle. If vibration persists, the motor fan may be damaged and the motor assembly should be replaced.
