Vacuum will not stand properly in the charging dock or does not make good contact

Safety: Unplug the dock from mains before adjusting or cleaning.

• Clean contacts: Wipe the charging contacts on both the dock and vacuum with a dry cloth.
• Check alignment: Ensure the wall-mounted dock is level and at the correct height so the vacuum seats fully.
• Inspect for damage: Look for bent or recessed contacts on the dock. Replace the dock if contacts are damaged.
• Test charging: After adjustment, confirm that the charger LED and vacuum indicators show charging.
