Safety first: Unplug the charger before cleaning contacts.
- Use the correct charger: Verify that the charger is the original Proscenic model specified for your vacuum. Replace any third-party or mismatched chargers.
- Clean and align contacts: Wipe the charging contacts on the dock and battery with a dry cloth. Ensure the vacuum or battery sits squarely on the dock without wobbling.
- Try a different outlet: Plug the charger into another wall outlet to rule out power issues.
- Battery reset: Remove the battery from the vacuum (if removable), wait 1 minute, then reinstall and place on the charger again.
- If 'CH' persists: The battery BMS or charger is likely defective. Test with a known-good charger or battery if available; replace the faulty component.
