Possible Causes
Clogged floor head brush, Blocked air path in wand or cyclone, Motor overheating due to restricted airflow, Faulty motor current sensor on main board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery pack before clearing any blockages.
- Check the floor head: Remove the motorized floor brush from the wand. Inspect the brush roll for hair, threads, or debris wrapped around it. Cut away tangles with scissors and pull them off. Ensure the brush roll spins freely by hand.
- Inspect the wand and hose: Detach the wand and look through it toward a light source. Remove any visible clogs using a long, non-sharp object (like a wooden dowel). Do not use metal tools that can damage the tube.
- Clean the cyclone and dust bin: Empty the dust bin. Remove the cyclone assembly and tap it gently to dislodge fine dust. Make sure the air inlets and outlets are not blocked.
- Allow cooling time: If the vacuum feels hot, let it cool for at least 30 minutes with the battery removed. Then reinstall the battery and test again.
- If E2 returns with no clogs: The motor or current-sensing circuit on the main control board may be faulty. Continued use can damage the motor; consider replacing the motor assembly or main board.
