How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery immediately and do not attempt to run the vacuum until basic checks are done.
- Visual inspection: Check the vacuum body for cracks, signs of impact, or liquid ingress. If the unit was dropped or exposed to water, internal damage is likely.
- Drying after moisture: If liquid exposure is suspected, remove all detachable parts and let the unit dry in a warm, dry place for at least 48 hours before retrying. Do not use heat guns or hair dryers.
- Reset: With the battery removed, press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds, then reinstall the battery and test.
- If 'Er' remains: The main control board or motor may be shorted. Continued attempts to power on can cause further damage; the main PCB and possibly motor assembly should be inspected and replaced by a professional.
