Possible Causes

Battery not fully charged, Aged battery with reduced capacity, Charger not providing full output, High-resistance battery contacts

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Use only the original Proscenic charger and avoid using damaged cables or adapters.

  • Fully charge the battery: Place the vacuum on the charger or dock and charge until the indicator shows full (often 3–4 hours). Do not interrupt charging.
  • Check charger output: Ensure the charger LED behaves normally (steady light). If it blinks abnormally or stays off, replace the charger.
  • Clean battery contacts: Remove the battery and wipe the contacts on both the battery and vacuum with a dry cloth.
  • Evaluate runtime: After a full charge, run the vacuum in ECO mode. If it stops within a few minutes and shows 'Lo', the battery capacity has significantly degraded and the battery pack should be replaced.
