• Check HEPA installation: Remove and reinstall the HEPA filter, ensuring it is seated correctly and the cover is fully closed.
• Inspect filter: Look for tears, holes, or separation of the filter media from the frame. Replace if damaged.
• Check seals: Ensure the rubber seal around the HEPA filter is intact. If deformed or missing, replace the filter or filter housing.
• Use genuine filters: Non-original filters may not seal properly. Use genuine Proscenic HEPA filters for best performance.
