Possible Causes

Burned-out display backlight, Loose display connector, Failed display PCB, Damaged LED driver circuit

Safety first: Remove the battery before opening the handle or display housing.

Basic reset: Remove the battery for 1–2 minutes, then reinstall and test.
Check functionality: If the vacuum runs normally and responds to mode changes, the issue is limited to the display or LEDs.
Internal inspection: If you are experienced, open the handle to check the display connector for looseness. Reseat if necessary.
