Possible Causes
Blocked ventilation, Prolonged use on MAX mode, Failing battery cells generating excess heat, Shorted component on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum, remove the battery, and allow it to cool completely. Do not continue using a battery that becomes very hot.
- Check vents: Ensure that all air vents on the handle and body are free from dust buildup.
- Reduce load: Use lower power modes for routine cleaning and reserve MAX for short bursts.
- Monitor temperature: After cooling, run the vacuum for a few minutes and periodically check the battery temperature. If it quickly becomes hot again, replace the battery pack.
- If handle (not battery) overheats: The main PCB or internal wiring may be overheating and should be inspected and replaced by a technician.
