Possible Causes

Clogged pre-filter, Dust-packed HEPA filter, Blocked cyclone ports, Air leak at dust bin seal

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning filters.

  • Empty the dust bin: Remove and empty the bin. Wipe the inside with a dry cloth.
  • Clean pre-filter: Remove the pre-filter and tap it gently to remove dust. If washable per Proscenic instructions, rinse and let it dry completely before reinstalling.
  • Clean or replace HEPA filter: Tap off dust; replace the filter if it remains heavily clogged or damaged.
  • Inspect cyclone: Check the cyclone holes and channels for fine dust buildup and clean with a soft brush.
  • Check seals: Inspect the rubber gasket between the dust bin and main body. If torn or deformed, replace the seal or dust bin assembly to restore suction.
